2nd SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "EUROPRENEURSHIP & SUSTAINABILITY" IN KRAKOW
Dear Sirs,
it is with great pleasure that we would like to invite you to participate in the conference: "EU-entrepreneurship vs. contemporary challenges of balancing socio-economic development", as part of the conference series: "Euro-entrepreneurship vs. balancing socio-economic development", which will be held on 30.09-01.10.2024 in a hybrid (stationary and remote) format. The conference is organized by the J. Retinger European Research Center, operating at the Cracow University of Economics, and the Institute for Research and Innovation in Education, based in Częstochowa. The conference is organized under the initiative #KrakowskieKonferencjeNaukowe.
The main objective of this year's conference proceedings will be to continue the extremely interesting deliberations that took place during last year's conference. In particular, we would like to discuss issues related to the following: (1) the impact of contemporary economic crises on the balancing of socio-economic development and the development of Euro-entrepreneurship in EU countries, (2) the role of artificial intelligence in stimulating sustainable development and entrepreneurship, (3) modern methods and instruments for supporting economic activity in the above-mentioned areas, (4) balancing production and consumption processes in EU countries, (5) positive and negative aspects of the New Green Deal of the EU, (6) supporting balancing development and Euro-entrepreneurship through eco-innovation activities, (7) balancing the development of the energy sector in EU countries, (8) challenges in the implementation of climate and environmental policies by EU countries.
Additionally, this year's conference aims to promote the DigIN project, which includes: Creating a digital education ecosystem to increase the capacity and readiness of Adult Education Organizations (AEO) to effectively transition to digital education. Operating transnationally and collaborating to create a digitally inclusive environment for all citizens and generations.
The above issues can be addressed at different levels of governance: EU, national/national, regional and local.
Of course, other topics related to the above will also be welcome. As with last year, the conference will result in the publication of a peer-reviewed monograph in open-access format. open access.

Retinger Center for European Studies together with Instituto Politecnico de Viana do Castelo on the topic of Sustainability and Entrepreneurship. We hope that the conference proceedings will provide an excellent opportunity to attend the presentations provided by the authors of the international monograph with the same title. The conference will be held on the ZOOM platform on November 28, 2023 (Tuesday) from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Warsaw time(the zoomlink will be distributed among all registered participants).
